- Curiosity and driven by your customers and stakeholders who lead a unique and extraordinary retail business; your role isn’t ‘reporting’, your role will make data matter.
- Design and implement new and fresh ways to present data which is insightful and thought provoking.
- Experience of building presentations with intrigue that influence direction and deliver results.
- Building agile reporting capacity that can be flexed and adapted to difference audiences from stores, field roles to HQ teams.
- Familiarity with core database principles enabling reporting and analysis to be truly imaginative and current.
- The ability to adapt to a fast-paced business which needs new insights and reporting as a crucial part of the decision-making process.
- Being willing and supported to call out what you’ve discovered and have the confidence to disrupt the status quo.
- Proficiency with SQL, database principles, forecasting and analysis methodologies, empowering you to develop a completely new and bespoke suite of reporting.
- You will be supported and backed to break free from group think pitfalls, your development, work and insights will be championed, and you will be a crucial member of a winning team.
