To deliver for tens of thousands of families every day Iceland operates one of the largest and complex Salesforce Commerce Cloud sites, together with Salesforce Service Cloud & Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Developer to join our growing eCommerce team at Head Office in Deeside, near Chester.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will work as part of our dedicated product focused Service Cloud squad to help design and deliver solutions to help our us give the best experience to our customers.
We operate a challenging Salesforce instance, supporting a busy multi-channel contact centre and providing support tools and services to our transaction websites. You would join is at an exciting time during an exciting programme of change and re-platforming legacy systems into the Salesforce eco system.
More about the role:
- Implementation of new features using the right tool and technology for the job.
- Work with Business Analysts to design and implement solutions.
- Research new technologies and provide suggestions to service technical debt and add functional improvement.
- Help to mentor and develop other team members.
More about yourself:
- Strong Apex skills.
- Comfortable designing and consuming services and APIs
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification or equivalent skill level.
- Experience with SFDX and Salesforce CI advantageous.
- Focused on personal development.
