Purpose of Role:
To ensure the administration of the Trading Team is delivered accurately supporting our Trading Managers to deliver excellence to our Stores and Customers through 100% administration.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensuring our Cost Price File supports the Company margin and Suppliers invoices
- Maintaining accurate retailing selling prices and promotions to support our stores delivering excellence to our customers
- Deliver accurate POS & Tickets to reflect the Trading Teams Mosaic upload
- Keeping things simple and efficient to reduce costs
- Encourage and follow agreed processes, policies and timelines
- Maintain excellent customer service to all you interact with, Trading Managers, Stores, Deeside Colleagues
- Go out of your way to help all of the Trading Team outside your category responsibilities.
Skills required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail.
- Well organised and able to prioritise and effectively manage multiple projects.
- Retail knowledge preferred.
