We are looking for a Planning Co-ordinator to work within our online team (delivered sales). Here in this department no two days are the same.
You will be responsible for driving forward our capacity and growth agenda with smart, robust and perceptive data-based decisions and recommendations.
As part of this role, you will ensure that all our online orders are delivered in the most profitable way, to meet or exceed our sales targets and cost budgets and maintain and use a suite of tools to ensure driver labour is scheduled correctly.
You will do this by identifying opportunities within the operation model to release additional capacity (delivery slots) across the network of stores:
- Work collaboratively with the Analytics, Planning and Retail teams to successful implement area changes
- Review Driver profiles which will involve ad – hoc analysis and reporting
- Ensuring the key databases across the Online team are kept up to date
- Endeavour to understand the root cause of problems and create pro active solutions to drive a customer service culture
- To have the ability to present data and process to non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner
Specialist Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excel to an intermediate / advanced level
- Good PowerPoint capabilities
- How to present complex analysis in clear and engaging way
- The make-up of the UK Grocery market and it’s online operator
