Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Raise Purchase Orders, adding comments to the text box and run reports to ensure accuracy with invoices.
  • Booking hotels, flights & trains for Buying team and ensure all foreign travel is recorded on the insurance list.
  • Ensure all Travel Approval Processes are adhered to.
  • Completion of Visa’s for foreign travel when required
  • Book Meeting Rooms for the Buying team
  • Collate mail merge information
  • Manage comprehensive New Starter process/Leaver process
  • Update Email Groups, Structure, Contact List and Who Buys What & upload to intranet
  • Update Continuity Programme
  • To maintain stationery supplies and process orders as required, within budgetary requirements
  • Co-ordinate the collection of presentation slides when needed
  • Carry out duties as a Fire Marshall when required
  • Sort post daily
  • Provide refreshments when required (tea/ coffee/ water)
  • Ad hoc admin tasks.

 

Skills required:

  • Able to communicate to all levels
  • Experience of working within a busy office environment
  • Proficient with computer & Microsoft suite
  • A committed team player who is effective working with the team and independently
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Sound administration skills
