An exciting opportunity to manage the end to end Commercial Finance and Financial Reporting requirements of a start-up company.
You will be the sole Finance contact for the business but will sit within a larger Finance function of c. 65 heads.
Responsibilities will include –
- Establish robust financial controls for the recording of sales, commission and stock
- Establish an Accounts Payable process
- Management accounts
- Review performance against expectations
- Budgeting and forecasting in liaison with the business
- Support the business through the provision of data insight to drive the profitability of the business and maximise opportunities
- Provide insightful analysis to support commercial decision making
- Ensure accurate invoicing of sales
Qualifications
- Qualified / part qualified
- Strong commercial awareness and numeracy skills with a keen desire to question and challenge information
- Experience and evidence of helping businesses deliver and monitor financial performance with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Advanced excel skills
- SAP experience
- Experience of Commercial Finance and stock management.
