A great new opportunity has arisen, to work as a Product Data Administration Lead in our Ecommerce Department.
Role Responsibilities:
Data entry and reformatting to fit into Amazon’s template. Additional information also needs to be obtained. The Lead role will be the primary contact for the team, taking instruction from the Line Manager; this will also involve coordinating team efforts and prioritising which work should be done first.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Support of the ongoing Amazon project and taking a lead role for the other team members, coordinating and prioritising efforts. Reformatting of existing Iceland data and entry of new data is required for the project to go live.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Management of product data spreadsheets
- Coordination of efforts by the rest of the team
- Prioritisation of workload
- Take instruction from Line Manager for the other team members
- Attend regular calls with Amazon and Iceland stakeholders
- Reformat existing data to fit into Amazon’s template
- Lookup of Amazon categories and map to Iceland’s product data
- Setup of existing and new company promotions, such as 3 for £10 etc
- Calculation of HFSS information
