We are looking for a Retail Media Sales Manager to drive the growth of our retail media business, connecting brands with shoppers through impactful in-store, online, and screen-based advertising solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong media sales background who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sell retail media solutions across in-store POS, digital screens, online platforms, and future media opportunities.
- Build relationships with brands, agencies, and suppliers to maximize revenue and create compelling advertising campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities within the evolving retail media landscape, ensuring we stay ahead of market trends.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless campaign execution and performance reporting.
- Drive innovation and pace, shaping our retail media offering for future growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail media, digital advertising, or media sales, ideally within a retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
- High-energy, fast-paced approach with the ability to influence and drive results.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- A passion for retail, shopper marketing, and emerging media channels.
