🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
As our new Senior Export Compliance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products move smoothly across borders, meeting all the necessary legal and certification requirements. You’ll be the go-to expert for export compliance, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and government authorities.
Your day-to-day will include:
Leading the coordination of Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) certification for exports to NI, ROI, EU, and beyond.
Navigating international customs procedures and ensuring full compliance.
Managing import/export documentation including CHEDs and declarations.
Liaising with suppliers to gather essential documentation—think attestations, movement sheets, and more.
Supporting the Export Compliance Manager with updates, scheduling, and direct communication with officials.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience in export or compliance roles.
Know your way around order processing, especially for Northern Ireland.
Are a natural coordinator with strong admin skills.
Have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things right.
Are curious about international trade and compliance.
