It is a varied role responding to anything from customer queries, product enquiries to customer banter. Our customers like to have fun and so do we! You must have a way with words and be able to pick up on customer tone to make sure we are responding in the most appropriate way.
Working hours are on a shift basis either 8am till 4pm or 1pm till 9pm and will include weekend and hybrid working.
